Qui Tam

Our firm is now engaged in Qui Tam litigation, which involves "insiders" commonly referred to as "whistle blowers". We have several cases pending in Alabama and Tennessee. These cases are brought under a statutory scheme that rewards the "informers" for exposing illegal conduct. The Government is awarded damages when it joins in on the civil action.
