About Chris

Chris Glover joined Beasley Allen in 2008 and is now the Managing Attorney of the Atlanta office. He has dedicated his practice to protecting the rights of survivors of catastrophic personal injury and victims of wrongful death.

Chris is dedicated to giving his clients an edge over well-funded defendants. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards and recognitions, including being a finalist for the National Law Journal’s Winning Litigator of the Year Award in 2024 and a nominee for the Daily Report’s Southeastern Legal Awards Attorney of the Year in 2022. In 2019, he was selected as a Southeastern Legal Awards Distinguished Leader. Chris has been named to the LawDragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers list, is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent attorney, and has been featured on the Best Lawyers list. He was also on the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list from 2011 to 2014 and has been named to the Super Lawyers list for both the Mid-South Region and Georgia since 2015.

A champion for justice in and out of the courtroom, Chris has represented numerous injured individuals and their families with various severe injury and death claims, such as defective products, car accidents, commercial truck accidents, workplace accidents, and aviation accidents. His clients have been awarded verdicts and settlements of over $500 million. His most recent notable case is a record-setting $162 million settlement arising from a single-vehicle rollover accident in 2024 that’s believed to be the largest settlement in Georgia arising out of a single automobile crash. Other recent notable cases include over $45 million in settlements in a product liability case involving a defective lift kit that paralyzed a young child, a $19.5 million product liability settlement involving a vehicle fire, an $11 million product liability settlement alleging vehicle crashworthiness, a $10 million truck wreck settlement involving broker liability claims, two $ 5 million truck wreck brain injury settlements three months apart, a $2.8 million verdict for a truck driver injured in an accident caused by an improperly secured ladder on a Charter Communications, LLC, truck, and a $12 million verdict against Toyota Motor Corp. and Toyota Motor Sales USA while representing the family of a high school senior who lost her life as a result of a defective rear axle in a Toyota 4Runner.

Chris takes great pride in his cases that drive industry changes and improve product safety. Notably, his litigation against Sikorsky Aircraft resulted in two essential design modifications, enhancing air travel safety. He also played a pivotal role in numerous cases concerning the Takata airbag defect, securing settlements with major car manufacturers such as Honda, BMW, Ford, Nissan, and Toyota.

He has held several key positions in professional associations, including chairman roles in the American Association for Justice’s New Lawyers Division and Emerging Leaders Division and president of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. He is currently on the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Executive Committee. Additionally, he is involved with the Attorney Information Exchange Group Trucking Committee and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. In 2018, he was inducted into the Georgia Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), recognizing his exceptional jury trial skills, civility, professionalism, and integrity.

Chris and his wife, Erin, have two children, Kaitlyn and Andrew. They attend Christ Covenant Church in Buckhead, where Chris serves as an elder, community group leader, institute teacher, and marital counselor. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family on any body of water. Additionally, Chris is an active member of the community. He volunteers at the Shepherd Center, serves on the Jacksonville State University Foundation Board, and is a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the Jacksonville State University Alumni Association.
