Toxic Exposure Lawyer Kenneth Wilson

About Ken

Ken Wilson joined Beasley Allen’s Atlanta office in 2020. He focuses on cases involving product liability, on-the-job product liability, motor vehicle collisions, including commercial vehicles, and premises liability cases.

Ken’s passion for law was ignited from an early age. He has a strong desire to help people and be a voice for those who feel unheard. In 2023, Ken was named to the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list in Georgia. He has also been honored by being selected to the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list and the National Black Lawyers Top 100.

He brings a unique perspective from his previous role as an insurance defense lawyer. One of Ken’s notable cases involves handling the Georgia opioid litigation alongside Georgia’s Attorney General Christopher Carr. Ken was deeply involved in all aspects of the litigation, including working with experts, managing discovery, and developing trial strategies. He played a key role in securing significant settlements for Georgia, totaling $636 million from major companies like Teva, CVS, and Johnson & Johnson. Ken has also successfully resolved a highly contested disputed liability commercial vehicle case and obtained a $1.325 million settlement for soft tissue injuries caused by a motor vehicle wreck.

He is a member of the Georgia State Bar, Dekalb County Bar Association, and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He also served on the Clayton County Community Service Board from 2017 to 2019.

Ken, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, is happily married to Amber Wilson. Together, they have three children. In his free time, Ken enjoys playing the bass guitar and listening to music. Additionally, Ken is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.

Education

Ken graduated with honors from Morehouse College in 2010, earning a B.A. in English and Literature with a minor in Philosophy.

In 2014, he completed his law degree at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he served as treasurer of the Black Law Students Association and was an active member of the Public Interest Committee.
