About Seth
Seth Harding began his career at Beasley Allen as a law clerk while still in law school before being promoted to attorney in 2020. He currently focuses on cases against major social media companies like Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok, representing parents, children, boards of education, and counties affected by these platforms.
Seth is dedicated to protecting consumer rights through new litigation efforts. His commitment to servant leadership is deeply rooted in his personal faith. Growing up, he was often disheartened by the lack of action against obvious wrongdoings in society. Seth previously worked on cases involving the use of JUUL vaping devices by minors and young adults.
Seth and his wife, Savannah, a mathematician and model, live in Montgomery, Alabama. They are active members of Gateway Baptist Church. Seth’s greatest passion is his relationship with God. He also serves as a Second Lieutenant in the Alabama Army National Guard, working part-time as an Infantry Officer. In his free time, Seth enjoys running and reading, particularly history and 19th-century literature.
Education
Seth’s academic journey is quite impressive. He attended Huntingdon College, where he was an active member of the political science club and received a Political Science Award for his work in comparative politics. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history with a minor in political science at just 16 years old. Seth then pursued his law degree at the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating at 19.
During law school, Seth gained valuable experience as a law clerk for various plaintiffs’ firms, private practice attorney offices, the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, and the Criminal Trials and Special Prosecutions Divisions of the Office of the Attorney General of Alabama.
