About Saima
Saima Khan joined Beasley Allen in 2024. Driven by her passion for social justice, Saima pursued a career in law to help those who are unable to fight for their rights or are unaware of their legal options. She currently handles Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF), Camp Lejeune, and Roundup cases.
Saima has extensive experience in mass torts, allowing her to identify and bring attention to potential hazards and dangers often overlooked by the public. This has also allowed her to thoroughly investigate common everyday items, procedures, and processes that may have harmful consequences.
She also has experience in pharmaceutical and medical product litigation. She has worked on cases related to the Texas Winter Storm URI, where her clients claimed personal injury, property damage, business interruption, and other economic losses.
Saima’s parents immigrated from South Asia to the United States, seeking better educational opportunities for their children. Growing up, Saima and her siblings were taught the importance of education and helping others. Although she didn’t initially know she wanted to be an attorney, Saima always had a strong sense of justice. As she grew older, she realized that becoming an attorney would allow her to advocate for others, aligning perfectly with her cultural and personal values. She feels her work honors her parents’ sacrifices and journey to the United States.
In her free time, Saima loves outdoor activities, sports, movies, games, and traveling with her family, including her two young boys. She is passionate about raising her children, viewing it as both an honor and a blessing.
Education
Saima earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New York Law School. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rosemont College.
