About Ben
Ben Keen is a lawyer in Beasley Allen’s Personal Injury Section. Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, he handles catastrophic injury cases, including tractor-trailer accidents. Ben approaches cases analytically to ensure not only effective representation but also impactful results. He has recovered millions for his clients, priding himself on developing and understanding clients’ needs. Notable case results include $1,150,000 in an action against a rideshare entity in which liability for a wreck was disputed, $700,000 in a trucking settlement involving a plaintiff with $24,000 in medical bills, and numerous six-figure policy limits results.
Prior to joining the firm and during law school, Ben gained experience as a law clerk for law firms practicing in civil litigation and criminal defense.
Background
In Ben’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah and their French Bulldog, Winnie Lou. Ben also enjoys cooking, listening to music, and outdoor recreation of all kinds.

Ben is a member of the Georgia State Bar and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Southside Metro Atlanta Trial Lawyers Association.
Education
Ben earned his Juris Doctorate from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in May 2018. While at Cumberland, Ben studied at Cambridge University, Sidney Sussex College in Cambridge, England, as part of the law school’s study abroad program.
He was consistently included on the Dean’s List and was a member of Cumberland’s National Arbitration and National Trial teams, an Associate Judge of the law school’s Trial Advocacy Board, a member of the Cordell Hull Speakers Forum and a member of the Judge James Edwin Inn of Court.
During his senior year of law school, Ben served as class President and Graduation Commencement Speaker. Ben received a B.A. from the University of Mississippi in 2013.
