About Elliot
Elliot Bienenfeld joined Beasley Allen’s Atlanta Office in 2021. His practice focuses primarily on complex mass toxic tort litigation.
Elliot loves connecting with his clients, reassuring them that even though they are up against large, sophisticated defendants, they have a dedicated advocate fighting to level the playing field. He is a Relativity Certified Expert and holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification. Before joining the firm, Elliot worked as a discovery attorney and project manager at a firm that specialized in managing electronically stored information (ESI) for legal matters. He advised clients on records management and data preservation, guiding them through document production and deposition preparation. Alongside general discovery, Elliot gained valuable experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, and data breach response. He now leverages his unique experience with legal technology to work on behalf of his clients at Beasley Allen.
Throughout his career, Elliot has worked on large-scale, complex litigation, particularly at the intersection of technology and law. He takes immense pride in the impactful work Beasley Allen accomplished for the states of Alabama and Georgia in their cases against opioid manufacturers and distributors. The efforts provided crucial support to countless individuals affected by the opioid epidemic.
He is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Georgia State Bar. Recently, he was honored with an appointment as a board member of the Georgia State Bar’s E-Discovery & Use of Technology Law Section. In addition to his professional commitments, he is dedicated to giving back to the community. Through Beasley Allen’s partnership with Street Grace a non-profit legal advocacy group, he works on pro bono cases to support victims of human trafficking.
Elliot lives in Atlanta with his two dogs, Sushi, a Jack Russell terrier, and Walter, an exuberant labradoodle. He has a small but close-knit family in Israel, whom he visits at least once a year. In his free time, Elliot loves walking his dogs and discovering new spots around the city. He is deeply involved in his community, volunteering with the Atlanta Humane Society and Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. His passion for rescue animals is evident—he adopted Sushi and Walter and frequently donates to and volunteers at his local animal shelter. Helping animals in need brings him immense joy and fulfillment.

Elliot graduated from Yeshiva of the Nation’s Capital with a B.A. in Talmudic Law in 2011.
He then furthered his education at Emory University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2014, where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.
