About Evan
Evan Allen joined Beasley Allen in 2012 and works in our Mobile office. He primarily handles cases involving crashworthiness, on-the-job product liability, and truck wrecks.
Evan finds every case memorable for unique reasons, whether good or bad. The most unforgettable cases aren’t always those with the largest verdicts or settlements. What stands out most to him are the clients—their stories and personalities leave the deepest impression. He has been recognized for his exceptional contributions to the legal field with several prestigious awards. Evan has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019, received the Medal of the Samaritan for Pro Bono Service in 2016 and 2017, and holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rating for his professional excellence and ethical standards.
Evan has a remarkable track record in product liability cases, including a recent $8.5 million verdict for a 15-year-old girl blinded by a defective airbag, ensuring her future medical security. He also secured a $774,000 verdict in 2020 for a client injured by an industrial machine, leading to safety improvements, and a $500,000 verdict in 2016 for a client burned by a defective furnace, resulting in added safety guards. Evan finds these cases particularly rewarding because they often result in immediate safety improvements, protecting future workers. He takes great satisfaction in helping hardworking individuals who have been injured while simply doing their jobs.
He is a member of several prestigious organizations, such as the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and the Alabama Association for Justice. He has also served as president of the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers and is a distinguished member of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum Class 14. Evan continues to make significant contributions to the legal community through his active roles on various committees, including the Alabama State Bar’s Leadership Forum Selection and Pro Bono committees, as well as the Mobile Bar’s Strategic Planning Committee.
Evan and his wife Cameron are proud parents to two sons, Rawlins and Greg. They reside in Fairhope, AL, and are active members of Saint James Episcopal Church. In his downtime, Evan loves to fish and spearfish with his family in the Gulf of Mexico. He finds nothing more relaxing than being over 100 miles offshore, surrounded by crystal-clear blue waters. Each day brings new conditions, requiring constant learning and adaptation to entice the fish. But when everything aligns and he hooks a blue marlin, the serene calm transforms into exhilarating chaos. He also enjoys turkey hunting during the spring. Additionally, he serves on the Junior Board of the Alabama Head Injury Foundation and is involved with the Coastal Conservation Association.
Education
Evan earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2012. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at Birmingham-Southern College in 2009.
